GOOD NEWS!!!!!

I recently recieved some really great news. I was going to call a few select people, then I remembered about my blog, and realized the best way to share this would be by posting it. I got this card in the mail the other day, and it just made me feel so happy inside.





There really is nothing better than a clean pap smear! The last time I heard something this great was when my colonoscopy came back, clean as a whistle. They didn't send me a nice card though.

Happy Birthday Hayley!

After seeing Jenny's blog ( http://ajesplin.blogspot.com/ ) I decided it could not be topped. But then I saw Sara's blog (http://www.sarastrasser.blogspot.com/ ) and I decided I could top hers.
It is my very first niece's birthday (at least it was an hour ago). I can totally remember the day we found out my sister Becky was pregnant with her. We were at a family reunion in California, and we all spazzed out when my mom told us. I think I was more excited for my sister to have her than I was for my own kids. (It may have had more to do with the fact that I didn't have to actually give birth to you. It kind of hurts, and it scared me) Any time we had to chance to be around her we fought over her. And she did always like Jenny best. But she was always sweet and funny, and we all still LOVE to be around her. Happy Birthday Hayley!! We love you!
