Happy Anniversary to me!

***Edit at bottom******
I failed to mention this on Wednesday, but it was our anniversary. I actually purposely didn't post about it because I wanted to wait until I got this beauty back. Remember when I did a post about getting our family pictures taken ar Sam's Club? I would put a link to it, but I think I'd rather make you all scroll down and find it yourselves.

It's been 14 years and we still like each other! Crazy eh? Dwight has been stuck hanging out with me for the past 14 years and still likes me? Adores me even. It's true, just ask Jenny and Sara.

Here is a shot of our wedding announcement. It was the style those days to wear a giant vest over a dirty white t-shirt. Dwight's wavy bangs were so cute, seriously! This is making me want to grow my hair out and get a perm.

Here is us on that blissful day. Note the gorgeous peach and lace curtains behind us, and the carpeted church basketball court below us. Also note how skinny I am. What size dress do you think that is? Do you think I could fit into it now?

Guess what? I had it in the garage, so there is no need for speculation. Does it fit now? The answer is yes.

Does it fit well? The answer is no. Look at my new boyfriend though.
Weird how none of the pictures of the back of the dress turned out... It may not have looked as good in the back as the front though.
Ella was my camera gal and she thought maybe it would fit her better. I think she was right.
I guess with it being an anniversary post I should maybe brag about my husband to you all. But, I would be just rubbing it in your face about my good fortune in life. I will say two of my favorite things about Dwight is what a great dad he is, how he makes me feel like he is the luckiest guy in the world to have me as his wife, and his very contagious laugh. Ok that was three, but how the H am I suppose to narrow something like that down to two?

***Edit****
I think if you are still lucky enough to own your wedding dress you should try it on and show us all how it looks. Annnnnnnd GO.

It's zipped, it's just not buttoned. And I bet it would have fit a little better if I had taken off my clothes underneath. <-Racey!!

Congrats, you two crazy kids. I already got my wedding dress out (wearing right now) and it still fits like a glove. I gotta go curl my hair, then I'll post pictures.

Hey, I would have put the veil on, but I couldn't find any bobby pins.

You gize are HAWT!

I'm pretty sure my wedding dress fits but considering I was 9 months pregnant I would be forced to slit my wrists if it didn't. Unfortunately it some how disappeared right after LM got the ol' snip-a-rooni...more as a celebration of no more pregnancy. Soooo sadly, I won't be posting pics...soo sad for you guys.

Yeah, those pictures did sound good. I was hoping for much groovier. I am going to put my dress on. You have inspired me. Funny thing about my dress. I know I took it with me to LV because the YW in my ward borrowed it for an activity, but when I went to my mom's she said she had something that belonged to me. My dress...seriously creepy, I think she stole it.

Happy Anniversary! We got married only 1 week before you! Crazy! And I don't own my wedding gown, thank goodness, because there is NO way I'd even come close to squeezing in it at this point!

Dwight is totally awesome. I have always been impressed with such a great dad and husband he really is. You could have totally gushed about it a lot more- it was totally deserved. Happy Anniversary!

Seeing that announcement picture just brings back Tears for Fears, Depeche Mode, Flock of Seagulls... ( nice bangs Dwight!)I don't have enough self esteem to try on my wedding dress. 12 years, 3 kids and 2 cup sizes bigger, doesn't sound like a recipe for success. Love Handsome Howie.

I don't even know where to start. For starters I love the new and improved "engagement pic." Totally better then I expected.
2nd for the first time I am so tempted to unseal my preserved wedding dress in it's pretty box. Except I know for sure a size 4 dress is not going to fit this size 8 body. Do the math.
3rd. Happy Anniversary! It's cool to be married to somebody who actually likes to hang out with you and all.

being able to get in your wedding dress is bragging enough!!!!

I am going to try it on our 14th anniversary on April 28th this year. My dress is hanging in the back of the closet.....

Thanks a lot. You look lovely and all, but I was all upset cuz a the muffin tops hangin over my jeans and now you go and rub it in that my dress doesn't fit?? Well I will accept this as a challenge. I will be wearing it by summer. Hold me to it. OK?? (and quit telling MK she can't move to IF, I am her baby sis, I always get what I want! unless what I want is a smaller dress size.. humph)

I still own my wedding dress, but I am not crazy enough to try it on. I will tell you right now, it won't fit. Dwight is a pretty lucky man! How's your car???
