My sister Jenny was describing herself as a "know-it-all-book-snob". She apparently predicts things as she reads a book, then as proof of her visions, she writes herself a note in the margin. Well, she isn't the only know-it-all-book-snob in the family. I, myself have had several experiences with this sort of thing too.
For example, when I was reading Harry Potter, I had some pretty good intuitions going on. Here's my proof:
Then, I had the same thing happen when I read Star Wars. See.....
I've had many more, but I would have to get into the BOXES of books and scan them all for you, and I am pretty sure you get the idea. Just a talented family I guess, not too different from the Cullens.

Ouch, Amy. Seriously, my stomach muscles are so sore. You should have warned me. And of course Dumbledore was GOING to die. So obvious. He couldn't live forever--it's not like he had the sorcerers stone, or Lemoney Snicket's elixir of life, or was bitten by a vampire, or drank from from Tuck Everlasting's spring, or found the secret recipe to everlasting gobstoppers, or found the golden plates (<--all things written in the margins of my books, no lie).
I don't remember the Taliban being mentioned in Harry Potter or Kosovo being mentioned in Star Wars but I agree with you on one thing.... Jenny if full 'o it. Thank you for putting her smarty-pants-butt in check.
(PS I knew David Cook was gonna win American Idol. Mostly because I voted for him over 700million times but also because I wrote it in my journal on February 30th, 1994.)
Wow you guys are AMAZING...I wish I could be a know-it-all-book-snob... if only....
That is so funny. Loved your review. I totally agree. I am not a book snob. I don't see things like that coming.
I'm so out of it. I have to finish this book...TODAY!
You are the SMARTEST person I know. the end
I was totally shocked when we found out that Darth was Luke's father. I cried tears of sorrow, joy, and surprise.
Listen, I didn't know ANY of those things ahead of time and I'm proud of it!! That just made it all the more special for me when I did find out. There may have been screaming involved while my husband ran in to see where the blood was. But whatever.
I second Jeni. You are amazing.
You're in time out.
